Welcome to ULTRIIX. To ensure a smooth shopping experience and protect your rights, please review our shipping and return policies carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms outlined below:
1. Shipping, Tracking & Liability Disclaimer
Shipping costs and tax policies (including free shipping or duty-free promotions) vary depending on the destination region and current promotional events.
- Shipping Fees & Collection: Specific shipping rates and tax terms will be clearly displayed on the product page or at Checkout. Shipping fees may be collected at checkout, or, due to special logistical requirements, our customer service team may contact you to collect shipping fees after the order is placed but before dispatch. If you are unable to pay the pre-shipment shipping fee, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order (subject to the cancellation terms in Section 2).
- Order Tracking & Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent from our official email addresses (support@ultriix.com, no-reply@ultriix.com) or through our partnered third-party platforms (e.g., Backervibe). You can also view your tracking details by logging into your account on the ULTRIIX official website and checking your order history. Please monitor your parcel's tracking status closely.
- Delivery Exceptions & Lost Parcels: ULTRIIX is not liable for parcels that are delayed, returned, or lost due to personal reasons such as providing an incorrect shipping address, invalid phone number, or being uncontactable. Furthermore, if the carrier's tracking status indicates the parcel is "Delivered" (including but not limited to being left at the door, porch, mailbox, lobby, or signed for by a third party), ULTRIIX assumes no responsibility for stolen or missing packages and will not issue refunds, compensations, or replacements.
- Import Taxes & Duties: Unless your selected shipping method explicitly states "Duties & Taxes Included," all international parcels are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient is solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and related handling fees levied by the destination country.
- Rejected Parcels: If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay local customs duties/taxes, refuses to pay shipping fees, provides incorrect information, or is unreachable, we will deduct the following from your refund: the actual round-trip shipping costs, any return import taxes incurred, and a 9% platform processing fee. If the deducted amount exceeds the total order value, no refund will be issued.
2. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
You may request to cancel your order and receive a refund as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
- Cancellation Fee: Because payment gateways and e-commerce platforms charge non-refundable transaction fees, all pre-dispatch cancellations are subject to a 9% processing and administrative fee deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. 7-Day Return Policy
(Unopened Items Only, After Dispatch)
You have a 7-day return window starting from the date your package is delivered. Please note that this period is not a trial period.
- Hygiene Policy & Return Conditions: The ULTRIIX S1 Wireless Ultrasonic Massager is considered a personal hygiene device. For health and safety reasons, returned items must be 100% brand new, in their original condition, and completely unopened (with security seals fully intact). We strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds for items whose packaging has been opened or shows any signs of use.
- Refund Calculation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets the unopened condition, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus:
- Original Shipping Costs: Even if your order qualified for "Free Shipping," the actual shipping cost incurred by us to send the item will be deducted.
- Return Shipping & Taxes: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and any cross-border taxes incurred during the return process.
- Platform Processing Fee: A 9% fee based on the total order amount.
4. After 7 Days & Product Warranty
- We do not accept return or refund requests of any kind once the 7-day period (following delivery) has expired.
- If you discover a manufacturing defect upon opening the product, or if the device experiences functional failure during use, this does not fall under our standard return policy. Please contact our Customer Support team directly, and we will arrange for professional repair or a replacement in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

ULTRIIX reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications take effect immediately upon posting to this website. It is your responsibility to review the latest version of this policy before making a purchase. By continuing to use this website or placing an order after modifications are posted, you acknowledge and agree to the updated terms
