Warranty Policy
Last Updated: March 24, 2026
Thank you for purchasing the ULTRIIX S1 Wireless Ultrasonic Massager. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent after-sales service.
1. Warranty Period & Calculation
- One-Year Limited Warranty: ULTRIIX provides a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty for the main device, starting from the date your package is signed for (based on the "Delivered" date shown on the logistics tracking).
- Warranty After Repair/Replacement: Products that have been repaired or replaced free of charge by ULTRIIX will continue to be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period. If the remaining warranty period is less than 90 days, we will automatically extend it to 90 days (3 months) starting from the date the repaired/replacement unit is dispatched. The longer of the two periods will apply.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty policy covers only functional failures caused by manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The device failing to power on or charge (excluding normal battery degradation).
- Failure of the ultrasonic vibration function.
- Natural failure of internal electronic components not caused by human error.
3. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
The following situations are not covered under our free warranty. If our inspection determines the issue falls under these categories, ULTRIIX reserves the right to refuse repair or provide a separate quote for repair costs:
- Man-Made Damage: Physical damage caused by abnormal use, such as accidental drops, heavy pressure, impact, water immersion, moisture, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Improper Use: Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual instructions, or using non-original/incompatible charging equipment (e.g., incorrect voltage).
- Unauthorized Repair: The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by anyone other than ULTRIIX authorized personnel.
- Cosmetic & Consumable Wear: Normal cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., scratches, paint peeling, stains), depletion of consumable accessories, and natural battery degradation (a decrease in battery capacity over time is a normal physical phenomenon).
- Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, or other uncontrollable events.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, please follow these steps to apply for after-sales service:
- Verify Your Email & Contact Us: To protect your privacy and verify your order records, you must contact us using the exact email address you used to place the original order. Send an email to support@ultriix.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]". Claims made from unverified email addresses will not be processed.
- Provide Information: Include a detailed description of the issue in your email, along with clear photos or a short video showing the malfunction, to help our technical team perform a preliminary remote diagnosis.
- Return for Inspection: If our team determines the device needs to be sent back for inspection, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions. Please package the product securely.
- Repair or Replace: Upon receiving the device, our technicians will conduct a professional inspection. If it qualifies under the warranty, we will repair it free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a brand new or equivalent refurbished unit.
5. Shipping Costs & Taxes for Warranty Service
- DOA (Dead on Arrival - Within 7 Days of Delivery): If you discover a manufacturing defect within 7 days of signing for the package and apply for warranty service, ULTRIIX will fully cover the round-trip shipping costs and any associated taxes to return and replace the product.
- Standard Warranty (After 7 Days up to 12 Months): For faults occurring after the initial 7 days, the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping cost and any resulting export/import taxes to send the defective product to our inspection center. Once repaired or replaced, ULTRIIX will cover the one-way shipping cost to send the product back to you; however, if any import duties, customs taxes, or related fees are incurred when the package arrives at your destination country, these must be paid in full by the customer.
- Out-of-Warranty Returns: If the inspection confirms the fault is categorized under "Exclusions" (e.g., man-made damage), the customer must bear the quoted repair costs, as well as all round-trip shipping costs and all associated taxes/duties.
